How can I request custom remaking of a TURÉE product?

You can request custom remaking by selecting the option when filling out the order form or within 7 days after receiving your order.

What is included in the custom remaking of TURÉE products?

Custom remaking includes adjustments such as length shortening/lengthening, changes to the chest, waist, or hip measurements, and modifications to the décolleté area. These adjustments are free of charge and included in the product price.

Do you have an exchange or return policy?

Yes, we do! Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. Please note that custom-made or sale items are non-refundable.
